About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our helpdesk team. You'll handle escalated support tickets, provide on-site client support, and contribute to our proactive monitoring and maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Experience with remote monitoring tools
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification
  • Valid driver's license (on-site visits required)
